Are regions alive? ;-)

Hello,

i have a sheet with at this time five pages (thats the beginning...). There are two Pictures on page 1. Since i have calculated two very complex vectors from IR^3 (at page 5), the regions in the whole sheet move without any action. This is very, very annoying. How can i prevent this?
